Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Onsite - Mon- Fri)

Contract: 1 Year + Possible Extension

Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analyst(s) to support business transformation and digital modernization initiatives within a public sector environment. The successful candidate(s) will work closely with project managers, business SMEs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, support solution delivery, and prepare organizations for change.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop As‑Is and To‑Be business process/workflow models, use cases, user stories, and business rules.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.

• Translate business requirements into solution and testing requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, integration, testing, and implementation.

• Support UAT planning, test script creation, execution, and defect tracking.

• Create business cases, feasibility studies, RFP/RFI documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials.

• Conduct organizational readiness and change management activities.

• Deliver presentations and training for technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Valid CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.

• 8+ years of demonstrated Business Analysis experience delivering enterprise IT, digital transformation, and business modernization initiatives within public sector or other regulated environments.

• Experience working within formal governance, policy, and accountability structures.

• Ability to work onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Preferred Experience

• Business process modeling and workflow analysis.

• Digital transformation, cloud/SaaS, integrations, APIs, and data flow analysis.

• UAT coordination and formal testing methodologies.

• Organizational readiness and change management.

• Microsoft Power BI and Azure DevOps experience is considered an asset.
