We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our Midtown Plaza, Saskatoon Retail Salon!
What You'll Do:
- Support daily retail and salon operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
- Lead by example, coaching and motivating team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and customer appointment bookings
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised salon that meets Chatters' standards
- Share product knowledge and support training, onboarding, and development of team members
- Step in as a leader when needed, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact customers and the team

- At least 1 year of retail leadership experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer
