What They Need:
They are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join their Saskatchewan team and play a key role in delivering large-scale water resources and infrastructure projects throughout Western Canada. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional looking to step into a technical leadership role while helping grow a strong regional
What You'll Do:
- Lead and contribute to complex water resources, mine water management, wastewater network, and stormwater management projects.
- Take on technical project management responsibilities and develop leadership capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through all project phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging technical problems.
- Support business growth initiatives and help expand into new markets.
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineering professionals.
- Contribute to project proposals, technical reports, and client communications.
- Work on projects across Western Canada, with potential opportunities for international collaboration.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Hydrotechnical, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada, or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following:
- Mine water management
- Wastewater networks
- Water resources infrastructure
- Numerical flow modelling
- Stormwater management
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- A collaborative mindset, technical curiosity, and a passion for engineering excellence.
