We are looking for a Beauty Sales Consultant for our Rochdale, Regina Retail Salon!
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer's needs
- Create welcoming, memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
- Share your passion for hair and beauty by educating customers on products, routines, and trends
- Support sales goals by confidently promoting products, services, and new launches
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised sales floor
- Support daily salon operations, including bookings, merchandising, and teamwork across the store
- Step in where needed to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What You Bring
- At least 1 year of retail or beauty sales experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer
