Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale, multi-year strategic initiative focused on modernizing data accessibility, application development, and implementation processes within a manufacturing-driven environment. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business stakeholders, application development teams, implementation teams, and technical resources to ensure alignment and transparency. The ideal candidate will act as a facilitator and advisor who helps teams collaborate effectively, remove obstacles, and drive progress across complex initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary facilitator between business stakeholders, development teams, and implementation teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to maintain visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, schedules, and action items to keep initiatives on track.
  • Utilize Jira as the primary project tracking and reporting tool, ensuring work items and progress metrics are accurately maintained.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical audiences, translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve project risks, roadblocks, and organizational impediments impacting delivery.
  • Coach teams on adopting an Agile mindset and improving efficiency, maturity, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and encourage collaboration across cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Delivery Lead, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum methodology experience with the ability to apply principles pragmatically.
  • Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Advanced experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in large, enterprise organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or operational technology environments.
  • Experience with programs involving data management, data quality, data lakes, analytics, or reporting.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and enterprise implementations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with project planning tools similar to Monday.com.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certifications are beneficial.
  • Experience transitioning teams from a waterfall to an Agile environment.
