About this Role

Job Summary: The SAP Netweaver Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA environments, particularly within public cloud platforms. This role involves ensuring system availability, performance tuning, coordinating changes with various teams, and participating in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA systems.
  • Manage SAP environments hosted in public cloud infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to manage upcoming changes and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain and update system support documentation reflecting upgrades and redesigns.
  • Install, maintain, and support complex technical infrastructures and system software components.
  • Tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for system support.
  • Handle rollout implementations and perform root cause analysis for service interruptions.
  • Create preventive measures on complex projects to avoid future service disruptions.
  • Utilize scheduling tools to ensure day-to-day activities are completed efficiently.
  • Use SAP Solution Manager tool and functionalities effectively. Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience with SAP HANA administration.
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver system administration.
  • Experience maintaining SAP environments in public cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools for operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager tool and its functionalities. Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience in root cause analysis and preventive measure development.
  • Technical expertise in installation and maintenance of complex infrastructures.
  • Experience providing technical direction within a team environment. Special Considerations:
  • Participation in on-call rotation is required.

- Remote work within Canada. Scheduling:

  • Full-time position from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
