This role focuses on assisting users, troubleshooting technical issues, updating systems, and supporting the daily operation of IT services. The Junior IT Coordinator helps maintain the reliability of end-user technology and ensures timely resolution of support requests. At times, overtime and working outside of regular business hours may be required in order conduct necessary system maintenance with limited interruption to daily business operations.
